Court Expectations

Municipal Court is held on a scheduled basis each month at the Municipal Court located at 481 Merchant Way, Cumming, GA 30040. Please note that this is a new location and not currently appearing on most Google Maps and GPS systems. The building is located beside the Cumming City Center (423 Canton Road). All visitors should use the City Center Parking Deck for parking.

Court begins at 9:00 am. Please arrive prior to start time and check in with the clerk. There is no guarantee on the time your case will be called. Please make plans to be present for as long as necessary.
