Court Expectations

Municipal Court is held on a scheduled basis each month at the Municipal Court located at 301 Veterans Memorial Boulevard, Cumming, GA 30040.

Please note that our offices and court will be moving in Spring 2026. In the event you have a court date scheduled for late Spring 2026, please visit this site for updated address and parking updates.

Court begins at 9:00 am. Please arrive prior to start time and check in with the clerk. There is no guarantee on the time your case will be called. Please make plans to be present for as long as necessary.
