The City of Cumming Municipal Court is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. To request records, click here. For information relating to matters outside of records, please complete the form below and we will respond as quickly as possible. If you need to reschedule a court date, please review the Court Appearance Page to ensure you have followed the proper protocol for rescheduling.

Cumming Municipal Court and Police Department are now located at 481 Merchant Way, Cumming, GA 30040. Please note that this is a new location and not currently appearing on most Google Maps and GPS systems. The building is located beside the Cumming City Center (423 Canton Road). All visitors should use the City Center Parking Deck for parking.
