City of Cumming Municipal Court

​Cumming Municipal Court is responsible for adjudicating ordinance and traffic violations within the City of Cumming. Our court operates with a commitment to justice, fairness, and efficiency. We strive to provide a welcoming environment for all individuals appearing before the court, ensuring that everyone is treated with respect and dignity.

Municipal Court is held on a scheduled basis each month at the Municipal Court located at 301 Veterans Memorial Boulevard, Cumming, GA 30040. Please note that our offices and court will be moving in Spring 2026. In the event you have a court date scheduled for late Spring 2026, please visit this site for updated address and parking updates.

A City Solicitor will be available on your court date to discuss your case with you prior to your appearance before the Judge. You may contact the Court Office at 770-781-2002 to obtain the bond amount for your citation. Please allow 72 hours from the time you receive your citation for processing.

The Court Office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit cards, and money orders. Offenses that do not require a court appearance can be paid online by clicking the "Pay Your Ticket" tab at the top of the page.

Before coming to court, please familiarize yourself with proper courtroom attire, etiquette, prohibited items, security requirements, and all applicable court rules.

Parking: Please park only in designated public parking areas. Do not park in Police Department parking spaces or on grassy areas. Vehicles parked improperly will be towed.
